The "Center Market" has always stocked a "German Chocolate" cake in the freezer section. However, it appears that the new owners... do not want to continue stocking the cake. So, I will have to go out of Borrego, just to get one of those yummy Cakes! Read more

This cool market has a lot of souvenirs and gifts, but is a full-service grocery store with a wide selection of items. You'll... find pretty much anything you need here including fresh produce and a meat counter. The prices are high, as you'd expect in themiddle of the desert. So glad they're there! Read more

This little market saved me. Went out to Borrego to enjoy some R&R but missed a few things when packing. They have a good... assortment of groceries, toiletries, baby supplies, alcohol, Knick knacks and some fun stuff for memories. Nicely stocked grocery and trinket store. Can't think of anything you won't find here. Besides the normal grocery, produce items... and liquor they've also got a bunch of tourist stuff like t-shirts, keychains, pins, postcards and such. On our way to Joshua Tree NP we were looking for a grocery store to buy some meat and ice, and it came up to be such an... interesting place to visit! Not only convenience store with all the house needs but a bunch of souvenirs, western outfits,tshirts, camping and travel related items, here you can find anything you need! Cute little interesting town to visit! Here wesaw the advertisement of the Serpent Sculpture, only 5 minutes away, so we came right away to visit! Much better than thegrocery store in front of it at ?The Mall? plaza. If you?re road tripping in the area this is a good place to stop. Read more
