These folks just flat out jipped me. I ordered online before I left work, so I could swing by and pick it up omw home. They use... a 3rd party ordering service that has a certain menu format and they don't honor it. I get there, pick up my food, pay and gohome. Get home, half of my stuff is missing. I call them and they just say, you didn't order that. I ordered some sodas andbecause they didn't have that specific kind, they didn't give me any and never said a word, but charged me for them. They toldme I was welcome to come back, but they won't give me even the money back for the sodas.....nothing. I live in Elsemere. Safe tosay I'm not heading back nor will I ever go back there. Maybe they should familiarize themselves with the online format they useor maybe not have children arguing over the phone with customers. Read more

I have found the place expensive for Chinese food, they get orders wrong frequently and the food is basically tasteless. I... ordered shrimp fried rice it had maybe four shrimp in it, a little bit of onion, and the rest was tasteless. Update 02/2022: Service delivery is much better, friendlier and they now have an ordering app that helps with placing orders.... They greet more aggressively and there is a better focus on engagement. It's much improved since the review 4 years ago. Use theapp. Its a nice, convenient and time saving touch. Original Review 4 years ago: Food is ok. Staff are not very friendly norengaging. No aggressive hospitality. Its a hit and run kind of food pick up place. No one smiles or greeted me. Thecashier/order taker is abrupt and formal. It's a local take out place with 3 fast-food type tables to sit and eat in if youdecide to do so. Read more
