We popped in here after walking by the night before. Had a reservation but arrived early due to the weather change. Greeted with... a very welcoming staff and ordered a variety of items. The rolled eggplant and fennel salad were perfect. For dinner we had theDi Mare and Lobsta Ravioli. We would say these meals were probably one of the best if not the best we have experienced. Servicewas outstanding and the quality of food was beyond expectations. All this and it was at a fair price point. We cannot say enoughabout how wonderful our dining experience was and cannot wait to return! Read more
Great Italian food and the home made pasta really makes it the best! As good as any Italian restaurant in NYC! For real!... However, we did have a reservation and still had to wait over 30 minutes for a table. Did not appreciate that aspect of it. Read more

Some of the best Italian food we have had in Maine. Great service, good sized-dishes for the price, and a really great... atmosphere. Make a reservation, as it is a pretty popular spot in the summer. Tip: you can get any of their pastas with any ofthe sauces they offer- they are very accommodating! We had the lobster ravioli with marinara instead of cream sauce, and it wasamazing! Read more
Excellent food. They modified my eggplant dish by taking out the cheese. The fennel salad was really good! My dinner companions... had lobster ravioli and really enjoyed it. They also had black ink spaghetti and eggplant rollatini and it was very good. MAKERESERVATIONS they are busy. Also large staircase so not handicap accessible. Read more
The food was sublime, drinks were creative and delicious and the service was perfect! The atmosphere was fantastic as well. ... Restaurants in Boothbay Harbor are often good as far as the cuisine but lack ambiance. Many have a really dated almost honkytonk feel which ruins the experience. Ports of Italy is the whole package. Got a last minute reservation at this very busy, very authentic Italian restaurant. Everything was delicious, from the bread &... oil to the homemade pasta. The gnocchi were like little pillows of heavenly goodness ????. The owner and staff were friendly &super accommodating! Read more
