A local favorite. The line for breakfast forms a little past 7. Cafe opens at 7:30. It's an interesting setup. You get up to... the counter and order and pay. Grab a number and a server brings it to your table. The breakfast sandwich, bacon, egg andcheese on an English muffin was average. BUT the blueberry pancakes came as 3 good sized cakes and real maple syrup. Lots ofMaine blueberries in each. Inside has only a handful of tables that face the bay. Blue Moon Cafe is the place to go for a great breakfast and warm hospitality. The people there work very hard so please be... patient and kind. They deserve it. Looking for a simple but quaint waterfront location, with an outdoor deck, to enjoy a delicious, reasonably priced Breakfast or... Lunch? This is it! We were immediately greeted with a smile by the owners, and a view of the made to order, extensive menuvariety that will satisfy any palate. If you like seafood with a unique flair, I highly recommend the Haddock Reuben, made toperfection and a blend of flavors that truly compliment each other. For those with Gluten and Dairy allergies, no worries, youcan enjoy a variety of options as well. A great lunch at reasonable price. Highly recommend a visit. Awesome breakfast place in the harbor. They have a lovely covered outside area where you can dine by the water. There was a... little wait to order but not bad. I got the pecan crisp French toast and my husband got an omelette. For drinks we both orderedspiked coffees. Both the meals and the coffee were delicious! The owners were very nice also.
