Once in awhile when I really want to spurge for a wonderful cup of coffee or cappuccino I will stop at Starbucks throughout our... travels. We are full time motorhome travelers and it's always nice to take a break get charged up with some caffeine for theroad so Starbucks are everywhere which makes it convenient. It's hard to beat there delicious cappuccino made with heavy creamwhich allows the frost to last longer and then a shot of sugar-free vanilla with no calories, add a little cinnamon on top andyou can't go wrong. Honestly, I'm not 100% sure of how to rate this Starbucks. I'll list pros and cons below: Pros: -Super friendly and helpful... staff -Cozy ambience -The drive thru usually moves relatively quickly Cons: -Always a long line, super small parkinglot -They're always so busy that sometimes drink quality suffers (like the last time I ordered and my cup was half full, then Ihad to wait nearly 20 minutes for them to remake my drink) All in all, it's not bad but not perfect! Friendly staff and great service, nice ambience. Drive Thru is always crowded with cars. I will suggest go for dining instead of... waiting. Limited parking for cars around 8-10 cars. Read more
Starbucks is well... Starbucks. You know what you are getting. This place gets 4 stars only because of the traffic issues it... creates. I?m fairly new to the app and tried to use it just now. Easy and I was kinda proud of this old girl using technology. BUT I... failed to schedule it for later pick up and it was to be ready at 7:15, an unobtainable time for me. So I quickly searched howto delete an order on the app and learned that was NOT an option. So, going old school, I called and explained my dilemma. Thebarista said she couldn?t delete the order. So I said when you see the order physically come in on your computer screen, can youjust make a note or just disregard and I will come into the store and explain so the drink can be made at that time. That way noone has to remember anything. ?We can?t do that? So I have a nice fresh coffee waiting 2 hours for me to pick up and enjoy onmy way to work. I guess I failed at technology. So it goes. Any recourse Starbucks? Update folks. So I go into Starbucks about9:10 the time I intended to pick up my drink. I told the barista my big faux pas and we looked through the prepared drinks onthe counter. I said I?d take it even if it was two hours old, but there was no drink with my name, Josephine on it. So she says,just tell me what you ordered and I?ll fix you a new one. 4 minutes later I walk out with a marvelous cup of Starbucks. Theseyoung people treat their customers right. Read more
This is a really big Starbucks with plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Our drink came out fast but we also came at a non... busy time. They have two unisex bathrooms, they were very clean. The parking lot was a little weird to navigate. Read more
It's mostly a hangout for the local college students and young people but the prices are outrageous in my personal opinion for... the amount they give you you certainly aren't saving any money when you go there that's for sure Read more
