I was traveling through town for work. I saw some rave reviews on this little food truck. I went there to get my dinner and I am... so glad I did. It is not where you would expect to see a food truck but I have to say it exceeded my expectations. First of allthe sweet lady working in the truck was one of the sweetest people I have ever seen. She was so pleasant. The food wasabsolutely delicious and she made sure I had everything I needed since I was staying in a hotel. Please support this lady. Whata sweetheart! Read more

Best hibachi in all of boone!!!! The owner is the warmest lady I?ve ever met and the food is wonderful. I?m not usually a fan of... steak in my hibachi but Phan?s is too good to resist! I hate to write this review because the food was good and the owner is so nice. But the portions are sooooooo small. The trays... aren?t deep. I noticed it the second I picked up the tray (it felt really light). Asian food is usually a really good value butI feel like I got ripped off. And when they don?t have the overhead of a normal retail establishment it?s just kinda inexcusableto cheat people. We?re mostly talking about rice here. Probably the cheapest food ingredient. best hibachi in town, the lady who works there is incredibly sweet and will make adjustments to any orders if you ask. Food is... delicious and she even has a vegetarian option for the sauce that the food is cooked in, all around good food and great truck! Read more
