2 stars because the food is really, really good. However, the service was outstandingly bad. It makes me sad to write this... review and as someone who has worked in plenty of restaurants, I try hard to be understanding. However, as soon as the hostesssat us on the patio it felt as if we were forgotten about. 10 minutes later, my dad finally had to flag down the hostess to lether know we had never been waited on. I will say when our server came out he was extremely nice & apologetic, and maybe he wasnever notified that he had a table outside so I understand how that wouldn?t be his fault. After that, our food took a very longtime to come out and it was all only salads. Plus we were starving by this point. Upon reviewing our check, there was an addeditem that we had not ordered. We let our server know so he could fix it but after the whole disaster of an experience, I justfeel like we could?ve been comped or given something extra ??????? Read more
I think Eleven80 is an underrated gem in Boone. I've always had good meals here. The last two times I had their cobb salad and... it was VERY good. The staff is always attentive, but not overly friendly. My biggest complaint is how small the booths are. There is not enough room to sit comfortably. Read more
