I went here with a friend who said it was his favorite place. Mind you neither I nor my companion eat seafood. He assured us... there were other options and boy was he right! We had expertly crafted cocktails while we waited for our table, once the foodarrived we knew we hit the jackpot. Everything from the ambiance to the service was a 10. The sushi was amazing, as were the cocktails. Of the handful of places in Boone area offering sushi, CoBo is hands down the best: nicely presented, great service, and some... creative rolls (Red Dragon & White Dragon highly recommended). The space has a nice metro vibe. Reservations required, but thebar is comfy w/ first-come seating. (My sushi-loving daughter said CoBo compares favourably with some of her Toronto sushihangouts.). There were seven of us. I recommend reservations. Each one had a different meal, and we also had two appetizers. Everyone liked... their selections.
