No pride I?m the product they offer . Sandwiches just tossed in the wrap and shoved in the bag the other day. Not even wrapped... properly. Bagels with chunky cream cheese not even spread. Sound unbelievable ? because it?s unbelievable that a manager wouldallow staff to serve this low of a quality product behind their work. And smile cookies this week with white icing - andextremely soft ( like raw) that?s not how Tim hortons markets them. Stop hiring lazy staff and hire people who put pride intheir work . Also ordering at the drive through menu repeat something a few times and get to the window get your items, but theyrepeatedly miss items , to which you then have to pay for at the window. As if the customer is inconveniencing them. Well payattention people just want the items they have asked for . Last time visiting this either location because they both suck. Read more
Generally ok service. A few times in evenings they were to busy to serve customers at the counter. In the past month I was given... 2 sabotaged coffee cups. One had a dent added to the paper cup and one was a knife puncture, both positioned to spill down yourchin and chest when you took that first drink. Be careful ordering from here. Read more
Absolutely terrible service, staff is undertrained and food/ drinks are always made wrong. Who forgets to add sauce to a wrap ?
Tried the new Maple Bacon breakfast sandwich. Very strong maple flavor. Smallest sandwich I've ever had. Not worth the price.
Awful we sat there to fet one thing off of our order two orders one vehicle we paid amd waited another 5 minutes to learn our... order was just sitting there and not given to us amd they told us to leave? Pretty stupid customer service either hire smarterpeople or fire the trainer!! They also did not have what we wanted...out of ALL the Tim Hortons they are a right there at .05out of 10 Alberta wide!! Nicest staff tonight (03/08/22), got my usual vanilla ice capp and she made a hige tower of whip cream, i was surprised as... usually its just a dollop or so of it, she made my night so much better as you have the best whip cream Read more
By far the worst sausage english muffin I have ever had. It was basically thrown in a bag (wasn't together like a sandwich;... everything had fallen out), and was very cold. And the taste was absolutely awful!!! Read more
