Slowest drive through I've ever been in. I've been here twice and both times it's been 20+ minutes for about 5 cars.

This place is a disaster, if I could leave negative stars I would. We were in Cold Lake for the airshow and had booked our hotel... next door to this McDonalds and Boston Pizza. Placed our order-order was missing items-back to counter to retrieve missingitems-wrong items given to us once we sat down-went to fill drinks cups and the machines, yes 2 of them fell apart. Used thewashroom and no paper towel and the blowers were both broken. Stay away from this place, awful service, food and overallexperience. Read more
Stopped in a Friday evening and watched one member of the staff throw Happy Meal toys at other staff members. Staff definitely... needed supervision. Priority was on the drive thru and not the counter customers. Read more
The usual quality of food we expect, but appalled by the attitudes. Staff impatiently telling each other off in full hearing of... customers... Someone's asking for a staff member to come help with something, the response: "I'm making a fricking sandwich"??????????? Sooo welcoming and appetite inducing. Read more
Brittany needs a raise! Best manager besides Castle. Very polite and definitely did not bully me.
We had stopped in for a quick evening pass through meal. All I can say is avoiding the next time we're in or passing by. We were... told wait at first window. Then the same employee said why are you not pulling up to second window after directed to first.Could have lived with the idiocracy they had given with only us in line but even with the extra 5 minutes waiting they stilldidn't get our order right. Could give 0 if it was an option for review. Rude and very unorganized with no rush orders! Read more
