Food was as good as most KFC's but I recieved the fastest service ever from a KFC at this location.

This store in Bonnyville has got positive vibes. I entered and saw customers have been taken care when ordering and promptly... delivered. Saw the supervisor hear the orders from the kitchen and made it clear to the customer that's what they ordered, andserved to them with smile. I reached earlier than my said time on online ordering, but was ready ahead of it and was apologizedI had to wait just 2 minutes. terrible experience, chicken appeared that the batter was undercooked or maybe too full of fryer when cooked. Greasy and bleh is... best way to describe. Also , when order was being picked up there was kitchen staff yelling at front counter staff through theopening. Won't be going back! Read more
The chicken batter is so often undercooked and they?re quality control is next to none. I wish I would remember to check my... orders but why should I have to? More than once kitchen employees have forgotten something from a simple order only to notice,when I get home, 20 minutes away. It should be policy to check and correct their product before it leaves the restaurant.Because I live out of town they suggested that I return when I can for MORE FRIES but instead I requested a REFUND.
