Working in the area the last couple weeks and stopped in last Monday for Monday night football on the bar side and was pretty... disappointed. Bar staff seemed both overwhelmed and undertrained however it was busy so didn’t hold it against them. Backagain the following Monday and the same results only a whole different staff on hand. Work outta town a lot and like BostonPizza as its usually pretty consistent. This location is also consistent but not in a good way. Management is clearly an issuehere and hopefully they figure things out. Read more

Had a awesome birthday supper with the family last night at BP. The host was great and friendly and very helpful. The waitress... was awesome couldnt ask for a better waitress. The food was great cooked to perfection. Thank you Boston Pizza Staff for aawesome birthday night out with family will definately be back again. Read more
Service was terrible. Place empty and server kept walking from the bar to the back not serving anyone. I had to go up and ask... for a menu and a beer after waiting over 5 + min. Haven’t got my food yet so based off how the service is so far I bet it’snot gonna be good. Update: food came out cold and wrong hahaha. Not surprised… very disappointed. Update: nothing was done toaccommodate the bad service, wrong food and cold proper food. Don’t waste your hard earned money in this establishment. Read more
The service , so rude and not friendly . Food was good . However my kid got a hard time with the girl who took our order . ... You can tell from my name that I'm not from around here and my son was just trying to ask for his order, but she was superunfriendly. Read more
Short & sweet, awful service, food was mediocre at best, arrived somewhat warm. You would think that with the huge influx of... people into this region due to the Cold Lake Airshow they would have staff to handle this but nope. We saw at least 6 partiesleave after sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes. We were told there were no empty tables that needed cleaning. Will notspend my money at this BP again... Read more
Stopped in after the Cold Lake airshow. When we arrived it wasn't busy but filled up shortly after. I went to the washroom... while my husband and grandson ordered drinks for three people. I was seated at the table when the drinks arrived and we wereasked if we were ready to order or if we needed a few more minutes. We asked for a few minutes. We watched as other tables wereseated, drinks ordered, drinks delivered and food served. After waiting over 25 minutes for our waitress my husband finally wentto the back asking what it would take for some service. Our waitress arrived some time later and apologized stating that shethought we were waiting for someone else to arrive. I have no idea where that came from but had she stopped by to check thetable she would have found out we were ready to order and our drinks were empty. I can appreciate that the restaurant filled upbut when we arrived it was almost empty. Watching ALL the tables around us get seated, and fed and leave was disappointing. Ithink sensing that there would not be a very good tip she delivered our food with nary a word and there was no offer of drinkrefills. It doesn't matter how good the food is when the service is bad the meal is bad. We have gone to many Boston Pizzarestaurants and have never had such a terrible experience. I don’t mean to be a karen but, the amount of time we had to wait for our food was too long. We had to wait 30 minutes for the... appetizer another 30 minutes for the main meal, and another 15 minutes for the dessert (Probably more). There was only 3 of usand we only ordered 1 appetizer for all of us, 1 meal for each of us, and a dessert. The food was good and the staff seems nice,it’s just it was too long. We went there at 8:10 pm and finished at 9:50 pm. Read more
