Food is decent. The service is good. The drive-thru line moves pretty slow though.
I have been to this Wendy’s proximately five times and all five times I have left after waiting 20 minutes in line in the line... not moving. If this Wendy’s cannot serve the public in the way that it was meant they need to just close down. Regardless ofbeing understaffed if you can’t sever the people close the restaurant!!! Excellent service! Their dining room was closed due to being understaffed and the drive through line was at least 10 cars deep.... I had placed a mobile order for counter pickup so I called when I arrived to let them know I would be outside. In spite of themrunning ragged to try to keep up, they brought the food out to my vehicle and were apologetic. No need to apologize! Iappreciate your hard work and service and hope the restaurant can staff up to normal levels soon. Read more
Don’t expect them to give you hot food when you order via UberEats. I love Wendy’s. But every single time I order via... UberEats, (which is several times a week) my burgers are always uncooked and cold, fries are cold and hard as rocks or cold andunappetizing, my Frosties have been melted and warm, my dog won’t even eat it! I didn't understand the ratings and did it wrong before. Wendy's is our favorite fast food place. My husband loved the biggie... bag. I like the salads and the free senior coffee makes us love you more. Read more
Took 20 minutes in drive thru just to order. Took another 15 (and counting) to pay and for my order. This is beyond... unacceptable. This drive thru, no sit down order. NEVER AGAIN COMING TO THIS LOCATION! Horrible! For the longest time Wendy's wasn't my favorite place. I don't know why... but I come about once a month now and I'm pretty... pleased. I almost always get a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and today I also got a baked potato with chives and sour cream. Thebaked potato was not hard at all which made me very happy! The Burger was fresh, the bacon slices are much thicker than placeslike McDonald's. Very happy with my order today. The drive-through had about 8 cars in it but honestly I think I was only inline for about 3 minutes or so which is way faster than Chick-fil-A to be honest. Read more
As usual the fries were cold and soggy along with our double stacks that looked and felt like they just pulled them from the... refrigerator already pre-made. Didn't appear there was a supervisor working but I doubt it would've been any better. Read more
