I would give ZERO stars if I could. RUDE employees, wrong ingredients and would not change order, help or refund. "Manager" also... standing on a chair in violation of OSHA with no gloves or anything to fill ice and yelling across store about violating law. Weordered online and were very careful about selections because of dietary restrictions. I checked the order before submitting andit was correct. After submitting, it routed me to Naches, WA (at least 100 miles away) and then when we got our order it wascompletely wrong. We opened them in the parking lot and immediately took them inside, but they refused to make us new ones. Weleft the sandwiches on the counter because we couldn't eat them. They would not refund or make new and said could only make whatcame in through system, which was obviously messed up. They laughed at us for having an issue and the manager was a completejerk. I ordered a foot long Italian BMT to be toasted with pepper jack cheese. Asked her if ready for veggies since was drive... through. Resonse was not, toast in after put cheese then ask you. Ok thanks. At checkout window, paid, but aaid card won't goth Er cough unless you put a tip on it. Gave option of 10% 15% 20% up to 30%. No custom tip and not option to say no tip. Idid 10%. I went to meet husband to share, no cheese, not toasted. Had to get to the school ontime so unable to go back. I amtransplant and have to have toasted. This was horrible experience. I ordered a veggie sandwich on 3/10/22 at 3pm through the app. Picked it up to find it missing ingredients and smothered in... mayonnaise. Completely disgusting. I?m so disappointed and ended up throwing this away. On 3/9/22 at 9 am I ordered from theapp and got a sandwich that was great. Ordered meatball marinara on Italian bread with extra cheese. Got meatball marinara on white stale bread no extra cheese (but... was charged for it). Would give less than one star if possible. Shouldn?t have tipped before checking sandwich order wasaccurate. Threw out sandwich. Bread to stale. Read more
Was in the drive up about 15 minutes. Girl from inside walks out and puts cones in front of my car and says I have to go... inside Inside they have 5 people working and 2 go to the back room saying they shut the drive through because they got behind Yet they don?t stay out front and help I Order my sandwich and get told they are out of items and states she would have to goto The back for mayo with an attitude are you really going to make me nope won?t go back there Read more
If a customer is waiting to order you don't just stay there making tons of sandwiches for pickup and talk about your personal... life among each other. You say hello please wait we will be with you shortly there is a big order ahead of yours. I don't haveto interrupt a personal conversation in order to make myself known, or question what's happening why am I waiting here andlistening to who went where and who is doing what. Excellent customer service!! The lady we talked to while getting our sandwiches made was so funny and nice, talked up the new... menu and sauces, gave us samples, and was all-around incredibly friendly. I ended up giving her a 50% tip, because it's not onlythe best Subway experience I've had in forever, it's probably one of the best experiences I've had in Bonney Lake in general.I'll definitely be coming back to this location, and the reason for this is entirely because of her outstanding service thisevening. ????
