They did not have guacamole (7/24). There was no sign or advanced notice and didn't find out until I had completed my bowl build... (veggie, which comes with guac). Although unfortunate, I would have left despite the food being made bc the guac makes the meal,for me. However, I had a long day at Mt. Rainier. I had asked to get a small side cup of queso instead (not the actual sideorder) and they were going to charge me for it. General customer service would have let that go. We ordered 2 of the same size burritos. One burrito was regular size, the other was 1/2 the size. Tried calling the restaurant... but only got a recorded msg. No help at all. Read more
Their chicken was very burnt and dry. I tried to just live with it, I ate one of the burritos and started the second, but all I... was tasting was char. I went back and they wanted to just give me more burnt chicken. Telling me it tasted fine. I ended upthrowing the food away and leaving. Maybe it was just a bad batch but it definitely wasn't fine. They mess up my entire order after placing an online order and picking up in the drive thru, got both burrito bowls completely... wrong and did not add guac and other items after paying extra. Probably will not be going back to this location. Read more

This location has great service (great staff), and the burritos can be a bit inconsistent. I got a baby burrito. Which was... adorable and delicious. It's not even an option on the menu. But maybe it should be? Read more
