Today I ordered a tall cappuccino at the drive thru and they charged me for a large one. They also gave me an almost empty cup... so I asked for more coffee. The girl who attended me just started laughing and went to tell her other two coworkers who alsolooked at us and started laughing. what happened next was that they gave us an almost empty drink again, which was barely halffull with foam and this time it was the most disgusting because it tasted very unpleasant as if it were old coffee. 22 minutes TRAPPED in a drive thru lane with no apology and my order is not ready? If this was not a common occurrence at this... location i never would have posted a review You need to at least comp my order or do better. $12.89 for a coffee and asandwhich deserves better. Read more
The staff is very nice.. Very accommodating.. However, every time I go there they have less and less supplies. It would be not... unusual if I could go into the supermarket and not find the things that Starbucks is always out of but it isn't. Sure who's themanager there but they need to order more when they order. You can't begin to tell me that you can't get honey or raw sugar orhalf straws.. I'll be switching to downtown coffee and wine even though it's out of my way. Read more

After not drinking coffee for 1 year I decided to have my first cup at Starbucks. I chose Starbucks after watching an interview... with CEO Howard Schultz, and he impressed me with his views on corporate culture and performance. While they didn?t have agedSumatra on brew, the classic Pikes Place did the trick. Starbucks is always the best quality and their company is a superlativecorporate citizen.
