A few days ago I went to Popeyes for the first time. I normally go to KFC. I ordered 3 chicken tenders & they were fantastic.... Hot & fresh. I figured I found my new chicken place. Today 11/15, I returned & ordered 5 chicken tenders. The girl asked if Iwould take 2 spicy ones. I thought ok, I'll try them. All 5 were terrible! They were hard & I nearly broke a tooth biting intoone. I wouldn't even give that to my dog. I called the manager who said they are made fresh every 15 minutes. This was not thecase today & now I know why they had me take 2 spicy ones....because they didn't have any "fresh" regular ones. The manager tookmy name & said I could come in & get a new order which I will do. However, I am hesitant to go through the drive thruagain. What a disappointment!! Read more
My family and I were very excited to see this location opening. Have attempted to patronize this location on 4 separate... occasions. Twice I used drive up to order 2 Chicken sandwiches. They were barely warm, bread and chicken was soggy. Theydefinitely were not fresh. Third time I tried the app. The counter person was not schooled on how to access the features of theapp. He tried yo have the manager come help, she claimed she didn't have time to help me. Tonight I was ordering on the app...a$38 order. I arrived at the location to pick up my order at 9:36 and the doors were locked. Drove around to drive thru and wastold app was down the last 2 days so I could not get the specials. We preceeded to order 4 chicken sandwiches and were told theyonly had 1 available and no ff were available since fryers had been shut off at 9pm. As we passed the window...with no food,the entire staff yelled something to us as we drove past. Sorry to say I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGSIN! Read more
This location is out of the way from my house but its on my way home from work. I stopped in for lunch and had a great... experience, Yes its a new building so its really updated and clean from other locations but the food came out pretty quick andwas hot and very good. The staff members I interacted with seemed happy and had a positive attitude. If you go during busy times(Noon - 2:00pm) or (4:00Pm - 5:00pm) expect little of a wait due to location and being right off a busy road and intersection. Read more

This Popeyes location a lot of the times is close for Dine-in. I do not know why. They are open but not for Dine-in. It?s way... too many times that at this point just make it drive-thru only. Read more
