I barely go out my way to write bad reviews but it?s extremely frustrating when i have a limited time for my lunch break and i... call to place an order for carry-out and you tell me 15-20 minutes for my order of 6 wings and i get there after waiting 15-20minutes and you tell me it?s STILL an additional 15 minutes... i only go here FOR the wings and this is the second time i?vewasted time coming here and you all don?t have wings... i literally asked on the phone before ordering if the fryer was workingand how long it would be. very disappointed.. It looked really good but too salty. It could have been my fault because I built my pizza. I have the chicken wing pizza... without the chicken. Cheese, wing sauce, bell peppers and onions. It's possible wing sauce was why it was too salty. I don'trecommend it but maybe a regular pizza would be fine. Read more
The manager onsite or at least he seemed like the manager as he was wearing a black short sleeve shirt. As we approach the door,... we noticed they were already closed, it was 9:05pm. We had placed our order online prior to arriving. The pizza Hut memberrudely yelled out " we are closed" without even acknowledge our pretense and simple looking away as he walked away. He thenstarted counting money and kept ignoring we were there, by not looking up. I told him we placed our order online and he yelledout again, "we are closed!" I really recommend getting a better staff. First time ordering here. Estimated delivery time was 30 min. Sometimes that's not... accurate, I get it. But I got an update 30 minutes after I placed my order saying my delivery is on the way. I live next doorto the store. Literally. Same side street. Takes approximately 30 seconds to get to my house. It's now been over an hour andI still have no food. I called the store and they said my food left but sorry, other orders were ahead of me. So they took myfood past my house. The guy who answered didn't seem to really care. I told him I would just not order from there again. Hesaid okay and hung up. Great customer service ???? I recommend going to Papa John's or Little Caesars. They're both close andhave wayyy better service. P.S. I still have no food....... Read more

Ordered pizza at 3:17, website and tracker stated 20-35 minute delivery. The store is 3 minutes away and I was on a phone... conference which is why I requested delivery. Pizza arrived cold and with items missing. Didn?t receive pizza until 4:50 pm! Iwas on my phone conference and they continued calling me stating that they were lost! We are literally across the street fromthe location! Spoke with manager and he didn?t offer any explanation or apology. Unprofessional and rude. Will never use thislocation ever again! Read more
