Actually never been here before even though I live about ten blocks away. Used drive thru, nice friendly ladies. Note to staff.... Golden brown hash browns don't mean blackened. If you over cook them for Gosh sakes throw them away. I ate them because I washungry ( fasted for blood work) but I probaly will pay for it later. Read more
You know what it's like getting up early for work. You scheduled enough time to pop into your local place and grab a coffee to... go. Imagine my surprise when I was not even greeted by the voice in the box. Instead in a tone that I felt was too loud foreven the afternoon, I was solicited for a donation to a local children's hospital. Would you like to donate $2 to blank blankblank? At the start of a morning I don't know that this is the right approach without even a greeting or allowing me to placean order first. I've never seen anyone do this. What's worse when I said something about is this the way you greet people inthe morning, not one but two angry voices came across the little box in an undiscernable collaboration of people complaining tome. Here's what I did and I wish more people would adopt this policy. I wrote up my window and left, knowing at this early hourone of them had to be the manager but did not consider that I might be placing $100 order. This is not a matter of bad service,and they may have had a really good reason for wanting a donation, but the delivery and timing and then their reaction ofgetting mad at the customer who only wanted to start their morning in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. TERRIBLE!!! Go somewhere else. I ordered 2 frozen coffees from this location. At first I was impressed because the store was... clean. As we started to drink them we noticed black floating inside the drink. It was dark grey plastic in both drinks. I calledthe store many times with no answer and finally called the 800 number..I was basically told to bad each store has a differentowner so we can't do anything. They reached out to the owner who I guess didn't feel he/she should reach out to me. This ownerapparently likes to give garbage products and steal from consumers.The drinks are undrinkable I am not even sure how muchplastic I had before noticing and my money went in the trash. Establishment is beautiful staff is always friendly. 5star service but a well deserved 3 stars for never having anything on... they?re menu. Basically expect good service. Just not what you had your tastebuds set on. Read more
I go to Dunkin' Donuts probably four times a week at least to get my frozen coffee with hazelnut flavoring. It's the best give... it a try! Read more
I ordered off of door dash and ordered 12 dozen donuts and two orders of the cream filled bagels and got a call from my dasher... with one of the workers asking if I wanted different donuts. I said yes I?m ok with that as long as there not jelly or creamfilled donuts, I get my order and I got everything but my 12 donuts I agreed to when talking to the lady on the phone, worstexperience ever. I had my second coffee of the year at this place. Quality was consistent with other Dunkin coffee shops. It was very busy but... the store had an adequate number of employees who were handling it well. Very very excited to try the plant-based Beyond Meatsandwich. I was really impressed with the taste and quality of this new product. Read more
Another unhappy experience. Won't return. Got there on a Sunday evening six-ish, ordered an extra large coffee with cream and... sugar (see pic, couldn't fill up a cup?) and a donut. Coffee wasn't even warm but borderline cold. Donut was stale, having satthere since 5 AM I guess. When I asked if I could switch out the stale donut for a different donut I was told "we don'tnormally do that." I'm thinking, Dude you close in two hours and you'll be tossing those two dozen leftover donuts, what's thedilemma? I suggest when the goods become stale(coffee/donuts) to close shop for the day rather than leave your customersfeeling annoyed and ripped off. Read more
