First time here, last time here. Service, terrible. Worst I've experienced in a long time. Waitress didn't know the menu, had an... attitude when we brought up the issues with our food. Food, bland at the absolute best if they can get it right. Mussels in 2out 3 dishes were not cooked, 1 order was incorrect and took an additional 20 minutes to be corrected(mistakes happen butseriously?) No one at our table finished out meal. Ordered 5 California rolls for 3 people and it came out on 5 different plates? We couldn't even fit all the plates on our table... because they give you bookoos of silverware and bread and condiments. So we had to compile all the sushi I'm unsure why thesushi chef or server would even send it out like that. Overrated. Service was okay. Read more

When I dine out I judge a restaurant based on ambience, service, and food quality. Cirella's fails on all three. Ambience -... the noise level was beyond extreme with clearly inebriated patrons literally shouting across the table. Management wasoblivious or some of the waiters joined in. Service was terrible, waiters were more interested in kibitzing with regulars orhanging out around the bar. Server never checked back to see if we were OK, which we definetly were not. I had to chase ourserver down after waiting 15 minutes for the check. We had sushi, which was very overpriced and bland. Lots of "krab",cucumber, and avocado. What fish there was was of dubious quality. There are plenty of good restaurants in the Naples/BonitaBeach area. Don't waste your time or money here. Read more

Had the veal chop (bone in) Parmigiano and it was fantastic. The calamari and arancini apps were excellent. Service was good... considering how busy it was. Highly recommend! Read more

Came here on our last visit to Bonita springs & knew we had to return. We love the idea of Italian food or sushi! I had an... American roll & my husband had delicious chicken cacciatori and loved having it off the bone. I loved my roll as well. Freshwarm bread & yummy dipping oil. Read more

Restaurant is nice, average service, good bread, but be warned, the Japanese menu is much better than their Italian menu. I’d... most definitively recommend the sushi over the pasta. Overall a sub-par experience. If you go for the Italian, I’d recommendtheir Linguini Pescatore (seafood-long-pasta). Read more
