Sign outside says lunch all you can eat . 2:30 and it's not there sorry it's only till 1:30 really pizza hut that's brunch times... lunch usually goes till 3 or so. But I guess it's okay for you 7 people walked out and 2 in my party .. Maybe put times on thesign.. nobody wanted to wait on you to make the pizza you were trying to sell. Read more
If I didn?t have to give a star to write a review I wouldn?t give a star. By far the worst Pizza Hut to order from, costumer... service is the worst rude as can be, I won?t order from pizza from them again. I was having a hard time finding the address tothe hotel I am staying at and the lady over the phone was rude and didn?t want to help enter in the address to help us to orderthe food. She knows the hotel I was talking about instead of saying ? I?ll put the address in to help you, since I know where tosend the driver.? She just said ? I know the hotel but I can?t do anything unless I have the address.? Rudely. So, I just hungup the phone. Let alone, not to mention if I was the health inspector I would show up to see how dirty there restraint is, lovebugs everywhere in the kitchen, dishes not being properly washed. Employee?s smoking and not washing there hands before touchingthe food to cook. All around worst place to even eat at. Stay away, and don?t order from this pizza place. Read more
Got the big dinner box. Ran out of dough to make the deep dish pizzas so we're given a substitute. Tasted okay. Mozzarella... sticks, breadsticks and boneless bites were great. Read more

Bought a medium cheese pizza and one order of wings for $25. Gave a $3.00 tip on top of delivery fees. That totals $28. Got a... notification from the bank showing that $34.40 was charged. Called Tammy at the Bonifay location and tried to explain that theychanged too much. Tammy got an attitude and said that we need printed proof from the bank. So we printed the statement for themto see. Drove to the store and presented the receipt. We were told that Pizza hut over charges everyone 20% extra. Then we wererefunded our money once they realized that we were recording. Don?t give them your card info! They will steal from you. I wish Icould add the video I have of them telling me lies. Mannnnnnn, I haven't had a pizza hut buffet in years. Probably since 2017 maybe. Been a while. I was psyched to go here and... check this out. It was not the pizza hut buffet that I remember. Very much scaled down. Pizza was okay. Options were meh. Placewas busy, staff was friendly. Read more
