Sugar Shack & Luther Burger are adjacent to each other both of them never disappoint! We have been here before and ordered a... dozen of their various specialty donuts. However, we?ve been wanting to try their burgers and waffle fries. So this weekend wehad to opportunity to sit outside and dine. My husband and I ordered- the plain Turkey Burger, a Classic Burger with only cheeseand pickles, and two individual orders of Waffle Fries with Sea Salt. Our cousin who traveled with us, ordered the Turkey Burgerand Waffle Fries with Old Bay Seasoning. They offer fountain drinks (sodas) and canned sodas and other beverages for carryoutorders. You can get your drink before your meal and head outside to find a table. We had no issue locating a table. At the timewe went they seemed to be more inundated with call-in/pick-up or curbside orders. So just because there weren?t a ton of peopledining outside, don?t let that keep you from checking out this tasty diner. It?s a casual atmosphere, with very friendly staffthat brings your order out to your table nicely packaged in a so there is no contact. The food was AWESOME AND FRESH!!!!!!! The staff was nice and friendly. It is great that they have different seasonings for your... fries and you definitely get your money's worth. Seating is very limited so if they are busy, I would advise claiming a table ifyou're getting real food and not donuts. Read more
The quality and accuracy of orders have significantly dropped in the last few years. They haven?t gotten my order right once the... last three times I?ve been here. We ordered burgers via Uber tonight and are finally tossing the towel in on this place. Wewaited twice a long as the delivery time expected. Our poor driver had to wait 20 minutes for them to get to our order. The foodarrive cold (see the cheese in photo), and they got 2 items wrong. Requested utensils and didn?t get them. Received 2 packets ofketchup for a large amount of fries. Way too much money for such a low quality meal. Read more
My top comment for review here is the staff is top notch - very friendly, helpful, and nice. They care about the customer and... the customer's experience. Delicious burger and a huge (popcorn) container of fries (though they were a little crunchy for me)with the combo. Combo was I think like $13 for the beef burger, which is about even with 5 Guys, give or take. Kids meal is$6.50 which is pricey (similar to 5 Guy's though) but it's a legit burger for them so quality is there. I can't bring myself totry the "Luther Burger" where the bun is a donut, but maybe one day. Kind of a dive, as the restaurant is just tables to theside of the donut shop, but it's cozy and chill. I had the beef burger and the waffle fries with ranch seasoning. The fries were absolutely delicious! I would literally go back... for just the fries, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. The dipping sauce was yummy too. The burger was only ok. I think it wasmore so that it didn't live up to my expectations. The bun was too much bread in comparison to the patty. What a bust. The pictures looked very inviting and I was excited to try one of these burgers. Unfortunately the burger did not... hit on much. The Patty was cool and the overall satisfaction just was not there. It was a very greasy mess and the waffle fries(that taste like a donut) were mediocre at best. Read more
This place is delicious! I absolutely loved having vegan options. We got burgers (1 vegan, 1 beef), a milkshake (vegan), fries,... & donuts (vegan!). Everything was a delight. We will definitely be back ???? Read more
