Woman who worked on Sunday night 9/4 behind the bar named JENN B. Not only was she extremely slow and rude but she added a... higher charge to my card then the receipt I was given and still have. I am currently disputing this with my credit card companybut BEWARE of this restaurants shady business practices who take advantage of their customers. Hostess out front with black curly hair was extremely rude. Party of 3. Understanding its a holiday weekend but she acted like... it was a problem going there. Looked at other reviews and wish we could've at least tried the food but she just turned us off.First impressions are key, dint have someone miserable out front. Visited Frederick's on 8/22. We sat outside on the porch and had drinks, appetizers and meals. We also took dessert to go. The... food was good but unfortunately the service was lacking. The outdoor sitting area is very nice! Worth giving a try if you are inBolton Landing! Read more

We came with a large group and they were able to keep us together and serve us fast. We sat outside and really enjoyed the... atmosphere. The music was not to loud and the server was friendly.
