Only other place I've seen that requires masks to enter is the local Ben and Jerry's in NJ. I wish I got a pic of the people... standing inside wearing their chin diapers. What a joke. We went two doors down to have some ice cream back in America. Just asgood for half the price. If you wanna pay extra for the only woke ice cream experience in the area, Ben and Jerry's is theplace for you. Read more

I want to compliment this business as the only place that had any kind of covid protections during our trip last week.... Unfortunately covid is still a thing and the whole of the Adirondack area has an underlying hostility towards masks now. Weappreciate the effort in keeping our kids safe. Aside from that the ice cream is great as always and the staff were kind to mykids. The outside seating is nice. Read more
Rudest employees I have ever met. A group of 20+ customers were standing outside the door at 9:45 asking for ice cream. We were... told by two blonde employers that ?we are closed.? When showing them that online states they close at 10 they responded that ithasn?t been updated since covid. We then showed them that it was last updated by owner 7 days ago. The workers than exclaimedthat they already covered their ice cream and that there were only two of them. They then closed the door in our face. After weleft there were several other customers walking up asking for ice cream. The workers were extremely unprofessional and rude anddo not deserve to be employed. Read more
I really don't get all the 4 star ratings. It's Ben & Jerry's. You know what you're getting before you step in the door. It's... premium ice cream, which mean you're going to pay more. The location is great, staff is friendly, and I like the ice cream. Fivestars - full stop. If you think the prices are too high, then drive 20 miles (round trip) and burn two dollars on gas, pay twomore bucks to park in the village and MAYBE you'll save 50 cents. Delicious ice cream, more than ample servings, and minimal wait. Plus, the staff was very nice and the location in beautiful... Bolton?s Landing is wonderful. A winner! Read more
