Always Extremely slow, long wait times everytime and often order is wrong. Also has a terrible parking lot/drive thru layout but... can't knock the workers for that. Still 1 star service. Read more
This store is filthy dirty. Food left on the counters, tables dirty, floors nasty. I?ve seen gas station bathrooms cleaner. ... Staff standing around poking holes in cups with a pen (they charge 10 cents to customers for those cups lol). I gave one starbecause the kid that served us was good. Read more

Amazing how across the board at all locations of Tim Hortons they seem to strive that all locations screw your order up the same... amount. I always am missing part of my order or they give me the wrong drinks im getting sick of this as tims does nothing tomake up for the hassle...at least buy your employees better mics because at this rate the second an alternative is available imdone with Tim's. I ordered a banana nut muffin warmed up with butter. I look in the bag and there was a blot of butter and the muffin was not... warmed. I asked her to please put it back in the microwave for a seconds, she brought it back with the butter leaking throughthe bag, no napkins and no wrapper. Really guys food is an important factor of someone day, if you cannot serve it properly thenthis isn?t the industry for you! If it were a teenager at the window I?d be a bit more comfortable with that service becausethey are learning and trying. But this woman was way older! While it a paycheque to you! Bolton, ON. Main Street. Worst Tim Hortons we have even been to. Disorganized, dirty restaurant, dirty bathrooms and worst... service. Orders were all messed up, long wait. no management present just a bunch of kids. Absolutely aweful. Two thumbs down. Read more
Just like any other Tim?s, the drive thru sucks though. Always insanely busy and wraps around the whole parking lot.
