This was my first time at this Swiss Chalet location. We went to celebrate my son?s birthday. I was impressed as soon as I... entered the restaurant. I had a birthday cake with me and our waiter, Jeff, immediately introduced himself, said he would betaking care of us, and asked if he could put the cake in the fridge. Jeff was very personable, quick, and attentive to all ourneeds. When the time was right he brought the cake to our table singing ?Happy Birthday.? What a great voice! Everything aboutthis location impressed me. The food was fantastic! The best we have ever had at a Swiss Chalet. The restaurant was very cleanand the atmosphere was warm and inviting. This has honestly been my best experience at a Swiss Chalet! The food was so fresh, the restaurant is clean, the food came out... quickly, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Had the holiday special. The leg is a lot smaller than the photo would suggest but other than that everything tastes pretty... good. 2 years later had the holiday special again. Plate got smaller, price went up, chicken still the same, and the frieschanged. Read more
Amazing food ! Amazing portions , everything tasted great but my god the worst service ever. Our waitress came to our table 3... times, once to get our order (after we waited for 15 minutes without drinks), once to give us our food, and once to give us thebill. No refills on drinks (which we needed) and no checkup to see if we needed anything. Understandable if they were busy, butwe were one of maybe 4 tables there and there were many other employees walking around aimlessly. Read more

We were a group and we were unexpected, but from the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by Peter the owner and... his staff. We were seated a private section and made us feel comfortable by Michelle . We sat down and we were relaxed and afew moments later we were given menus and reviewed the menu?s. Some of us ordered wine, and drinks ????. After a little while wewere all served with smiles on. The food was impeccable, fresh, hot, and delicious. I am not a chicken fan, but I did enjoymy 9 oz roast beef with mashed potatoes as I am writing this review I am craving it right now. My favourite desert is lemonmeringue pie, always fresh. I would definitely hold other occasions at this location again in a heart beat. You couldn?t askfor better management staff and their waitresses are friendly and accommodating.
