Terrible..I went tonight around 9:20 ordered a rice bowl but guess what? One spoon of rice left on the container ...look like I... ordered a salad bowl because was full of lettuce and one spoon of rice..and the fact that the girl didn't care about mydisappointment. This is not the way to treat customers, I had very very bad Customer service. The girl named Manpreet is very rude and didn?t... even realise her mistake. It?s not even busy time. Disrespecting customers is not acceptable. They should know how to dealwith customers. The owner of the business should really look in to it. Read more

The service was great and the food even better. I had taken a survey in the restaurant to get 2 free cookies and they offered... it to me once I was done, however, they made a mistake in packing the cookies and broke one accidentally. They then gave me anadditional free cookie as compensation so I went home with my meal + 3 cookies instead of the original 2. Will most definitelycome back, consistent and good service all-around. My sub was good. But I noticed a few trays with the veggies lookd pretty rotten. I avoided some ingredients I normally would... have had on my sub for this reason. Read more
Not so great experience at this location. This is my first time getting subway in over 2 years and I was disappointed. The... ladies working there were lovely, but I felt so rushed to the point that they messed up the 2 subs I ordered and the 1 that mymother ordered. We got 3 BLTs so I get it can be quite confusing but the ladies made it confusing by not going in sequence ofeach sub, so some of the subs were missing toppings or didn?t get them. Also, before they even asked about toppings the one ladymade me pay for my 2 subs, I told her I?m only paying for two and she charged me for all three. Didn?t ask if I wanted a comboor drink either, I never had the chance to bc they rushed us that much. And the restaurant wasn?t that busy either, there was 2guys behind us, yet they wanted us out of there. My mother ended up paying for 3 drinks bc the employee charged me for the subsand didn?t ask about combos or drinks. I would have liked cookies and chips with the subs I ordered but didn?t get offered any.The subs were also poorly made, messy, and not enough sauce on just a 6inch. So I?m disappointed and complained to corporate aswell. Moral of the story: don?t rush customers, go in sequence of subs, and offer the combo options or at least drinks, and waituntil the subs are completed before making your customers pay for their food. The laddies are WONDERFUL! Great workers, positive and nice. But they have a HORRIBLE manager or owner, he was giving them... horrible attitude in a very obvious rush. I felt bad giving the company my money watching how he treated his employees. Girlsfind a new job, your worth more. Read more

Hey Subway...Just a tip. I appreciate the speed in which you make the sub's. But when there is no one else in there other than... myself, can you please not rush me or yourself so I don't have a sub that is a complete mess when I open the wrapping, not tomention the disgusting blob of sauce you poured all over my sub when I asked for light dressing. I shouldn't have to open mysub with napkins to avoid the mess you made for me....Thanks. Read more
