Always wondered why the chicken was rock hard, witnessed it myself as they were packing unused chicken in white plastic tubs to... reheat later and serve. This location only caters to the locally businesses around them for a quick in and out lunch. Had towait at the counter for 5 mins before someone noticed that I wanted to order. The 3 ladies saw me and came to the counter tograb utensils and shopping bags but did not acknowledge me. Poor way of doing business. Will definitely not be coming back. Read more
First time writing a google review. Have been going to this location a lot more often in the past couple months since my work... load usually picks up around the fall season. Compared to other food locations around Bolton, in my experience, the consistencyis what keeps me coming back. Personally have not had an unpleasant experience here. Chicken on the rocks/sticks, hot to extrahot has never failed me. Never had dry or cold here, if I did, I wouldn't be writing this. Will keep coming back. Read more
We decided to go here as a last resort due to bad service from different locations and have been regulars ever since. This... location was different as the employees were respectful and patient despite many other rude customers. I fail to realize howthis location has many negative reviews because our food was well prepared. This shows how many customers are taking advantageof the review methods to project their own foolishness in most cases. I wish Google would make the appropriate changes sofoolish customers are not allowed to defame a restaurant or any establishment despite their hard work. Overall, I wouldencourage people to be more patient and understanding as people working at any establishment are humans and allowed to makemistakes. Read more
never had a complain about this location until today. asked for a medium chicken on the rocks hot. they gave me three little... lines of spice and barely any garlic sauce. overall it was very dry. when i called to complain, they offered to give me extragarlic sauce in a little cup. i?m not gonna drive an extra 25 minutes for a little cup of garlic sauce. on top of that, theysaid they couldn?t give me a free chicken on the rocks or reimburse me. it?s literally $11?as you can see in the image, verylittle sauce. Been visiting this location for the past 2 or so years which I really haven't had anything negative to say. But as of the past 6... months, and more particularly the past 3 weeks, their wrap portions have become pathetic. The wraps are approximately the sizeof my hand. I used to eat the food hear and be more than full from the portions. They have increased their price to $7.99 beforetax and reduced the portions of food by 25% at least. Im quite disappointed with the experience I've had hear the past fewweeks as they are consistently worse and worse now. If the portions being reduced wasn't the problem, the food is almost 100% ofthe time, either room temperature or cold. Really don't know what's happening, I've noticed that I recognize none of the staffin the establishment now, except the same man who has been here since this place opened. (who I assume is the manager/owner ofthe franchise) When there are many options for Shawarma in Bolton and there increases in pricing required to float thebusiness. I cant see why this would be the time to change the great staff, the portions of the food, and the overall quality ofthe food being served. This place is horrible. I placed a order on Uber eats for the salad As you can see in the picture for the salad I ordered a... regular chicken salad and it didn?t come with sauce on top nor it came in a regular size box nor it came with chicken. At thispoint I?m very disappointed and I waited almost 1hr for this order to arrive and it was completely wrong when I opened it. Andthen the manager Claudia said to contact Uber eats for the food to get ur money back and then buy it from us again. I have notime to go through this process with Uber and explain to them what happened. However for my second order I ordered it forsomeone on DoorDash and it arrived at my house and it came broken and The person who wanted to eat it didn?t even enjoy itbecause it was broken and everything feel out and there was no hot sauce In the wrap, when I asked for hot in the instructions.I highly suggest Osmows the works at osmows to be polite and make the order properly so the customers can enjoy it. Been to MANY Osmow's and every other location but this fills the contents up until the ridge of the container. And asking for... extra garlic sauce? Good luck.. This has been the 2nd time I've tried this location to test out if they would continue to doso, and they have. Both times this happened, the manager was not in either. You spend $10.50 for the meal... this isn't worth$10.50 the way they fill it up here. Check other Osmow's other than this if you want a "chicken on the rocks". Read more
Very good service, have been there a couple of times but, this is my first time writing a review. New employees but still great... service. Clean washrooms and tables. Everything organized. Prices are fair, and the food is amazing, the chicken is juicy andfully cooked. I recommend going there and surely will come back. Read more
