Just ate here the staff was very rude when I asked for a vanilla shake. Didn?t know they don?t carry them in the summer. The... woman who checked me out then went on a rant about how if one more person was a jerk she would throw there shake in there face.Handed me a to go shake when I asked for a in store and made a point of telling me it was a to go order. Maybe it was an extra busy day, but we were not impressed. Stopped in for a Frosty and the Frosty machine wasn't working right.... Waited for a repeat on the order. Finally had to go ask about it, and server admitted she forgot all about it. Finally gotthe Frosty and it was suitably frosty, meaning we needed spoons. No spoons. We settled for a fork. By then I was out of themood for a Frosty and gave mine to my husband, who will always eat more ice cream. I got a diet Sprite and it was good! Read more
Thos place is definitely needing a rework of staff and service. Not a great working team and food quality is not Wendy's quality... lately. The last 3 times we've been there seemed worse then the time before. Inside cleanliness is, well bad. When employees sitand eat and get up to return from break and leave a mess is bad (3 on break last time and each of them left food crumbs andpaper at their table). The carpeting is nasty and always food trash on it, tables don't get wiped down like they should,especially in this time now with everything. I squirted hand sanitizer and wiped ours. But the food was over done and.not veryfresh. Last time we had a sandwich and the paper cheese separator in it and when he took it up to show them he was told, "wellwhat do you want me to do about it?". Really?? No apology offered to fix it, you want he customer to tell you?? Seriously thcashier was shocked that time. Who ever manages, owns or whatever you need to open your eyes before someone gets ill and I'msorry there was more than ample employees all the times to remedy the eating area and take care of things, don't use the shortstaff Covid as an excuse. The restaurant was terribly dirty and full of flies. We ordered for 5 people and got almost nothing right. They have us all... kids burgers when we ordered burgers. Only one kids meal was ordered. Won't be going there again. Read more
I would like to give a review of the Bolivar Wendy's only I was there around 9:20 pm father's day evening. Only they were... closed. I checked their website on Google and it said they were supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. It also said the hours ofoperation were verified by this business in the past 5 days. So if you are planning on visiting Wendy's I would call first! Read more

IMO, its not too hard to get orders correct. When i ask for something to not be on the sandwich should be easy to accomplish.... But apparently its too difficult. Read more
