I just walked into this restaurant I was the only one inside, I went to the counter to place my order and I was told I had to... wait while he completed online orders. While I am standing in the restaurant all by myself I had to wait for him to complete 3online orders for people that aren't even there yet to be placed on a shelf. Ordered and paid online, when I arrived they said they never received my order and made me pay for it again. I have been in 3... times since to try and get a refund for the online order but have yet to speak to someone able to help, even after providingonline receipt as well as bank statement showing I had to pay twice.
