Awesome Food and fast and friendly service. I have been several times and I can?t decide what my favorite is. The catfish is... yummy, the brisket is amazing and their homemade coleslaw is the best. Many sides to choose from fried okra and sweet potatofries versus hash brown casserole or baked tater. I can never decide it?s all so good. Love the environment and the staff arealways so welcoming. I would not visit this establishment again. Ordered smoked chicken nachos for 8.95. Got chips with canned pork n beans, boiled... chicken and canned nacho cheese sauce. Absolutely disgusting! Tasted the chicken and never took another bite! Husband anddaughter ordered brisket and it was roast not brisket and their beans were a can of pork and beans with some bbq sauce added.Very disappointed and will not be back ever! Read more

We are on HWY 13 N & passed Boone's BBQ. We decided to stop & give it a try. Best move we've made in months????. Among the 4... of us we had pulled pork sandwich, brisket burnt ends & ribs with coleslaw, fries & onion rings! OMG it was all so delicious. Really, really enjoyed it. Ate late lunch there today, a Wednesday afternoon. She had the smoked chicken platter with a sweet potato casserole and slaw, I... had a three meat platter - ribs, brisket, pulled pork - with the sweet potato casserole and smoked beans. Add two sweet teasfor an all-in cost of $33.43. This is a place where you walk up to the counter and order and they hand you a couple ofstyrofoam cups, then bring you out your food in paper lined plastic baskets. Self serve plastic flatware and a role of papertowels on the table or booth complete the setting. This food wasn't worth half the price. Maybe when it was fresh... Youremember the taste of those Thanksgiving leftovers four days later - when you have to throw them out because of that "old"flavor. Her chicken and my pulled pork were like that. We couldn't eat the stuff. The ribs and brisket tasted better, but driedout. She didn't like the slaw - fresher but a lot of vinegar. I've had better beans out of a can. We both liked the sweetpotato casserole, toast, and sweet tea. Add the dirty single unisex restroom and the fact the counter girl/food preparationlady does both without gloves, hairnet or a hand wash... You get the picture. Not recommend. Read more
