The past few times the customer service has been not extremely good but this time it was ridiculous. My mom could not get a word... in without this snobby teenager interrupting her and saying "thank you" in this condescending tone and kept repeating the samequestions. The line was long but it was lunch time and the cashier her name was Lori and she was keep up and keeping on doing great. The... loudness when an order changed she informed the cooks properly and on point. The atmosphere was just great bc people wasenjoying their meal peacefully and the smell was great. Last week, my family got into town late and had a great experience dining here. Very friendly staff, and fresh food.
Very slow in drive-through . Fries were very gross and old and stale; the beef and cheddar meal I ordered had no cheddar on... it. When I went to the link that arbys replied to, it was the wrong link. The horrible services continue. Read more
