I remember this BBQ place after searching for good Bbq in Bolingbrook area, Came here years... and years back, pretty good BBQ, not as good as I had hoped, KC style is a fav, but I liked the checkered paper they put the BBQon. A favorite place to go for barbecue ribs, soup and sandwiches. I normally would give them at least 4 1/2 stars and many times 5... Stars, but last Sunday was the first time that some of my ribs near the end were rather dry. I have always enjoyed coming herefor many years. I also like their barbecue sandwiches which are very generous size. I also enjoy eating their hot dogs onoccasion but I feel those are a little pricey compared to their other food they have available. The only thing I have noticedthe past couple years is their soup was always very creamy when I ordered cream of chicken soup but now it tastes like they areusing some water instead of milk which was much creamier before a few years ago which I did like better, but still good. We go here regularly and the food is always hot & delicious! The staff is also super friendly! Some of my favorites include the... Mango Salmon, bbq pulled turkey, chicken oreganatto with garlic mashed potatoes and the Caribbean Mango chicken salad. You won?tbe disappointed! Read more

2/3 times getting the brisket sandwich this has happened to me. All extremely fatty pieces. I expect a little bit of this with... brisket. But this is just ridiculous... I couldn't eat it. Be aware this is a possibility when ordering brisket. Either someoneisn't paying attention or doesn't care or know what it's like to put this in your mouth. Tasteless and gooey. I usually come here for ribs and soup which are GREAT! Today I came for a hot dog which I felt little pricey since not even a... handful of fries with it. Bun was bit soggy and too much mustard as many places seem heavy with. Hot dog a good size. Casing ofhot dog was bit hard to bite into...few bites hot dog came out but casing was still there. I love this fast casual restaurant! It's like your kitchen away from home. The food is consistently delicious and quickly... prepared & delivered to your table. Tonight I tried the newest promotion, the Cajun Chicken Kabob served over Jambalaya Rice.The meal comes with pita bread and a small container of cole slaw. The rice was tasty and moist, and had a small kick to it. Thechicken was extremely tender and had a nice flavor. The pita was soft, warm, and crispy. Yum! I would definitely order this dishagain. The family said the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce & Garlic Bread was good, as usual. The employees were cheerful yetfocused on their jobs. They were quickly cleaning the tables that were vacated and filling napkin dispensers betweencustomers.
