Busy Starbucks today. They seem to constantly have new people working there. The coffee is always good. They seem to train their... people well, as I really never had a bad experience here. I did have an issue with an online order and they resolved itpromptly. The barista there today was very nice and pleasant to talk to and took the time to thank us even though they were verybusy. I will no longer support a company that union busts! Supporting this company right now is exactly like crossing a picket line.... Morally I can not do it! If more people felt this way the unions would succeed more often. SB continuously illegally blocksunions, and fires employees for unionizing. That is morally and ethically disgusting! Read more

While I?m satisfied with the Starbucks customer support representative; I?m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my... experience and the way I was treated by the four baristas/partners at the following location 261 S. Weber Rd. The Shops atCountry Aire Market Bolingbrook. I was definitely treated horribly and I had the worst experience. I?ve made a purchase fromthis location everyday for over two years. I hope the comments/feedback I?ve left has made its way to the storemanager/district manager for visibility and retraining of these four partners. Read more

I went in two days in a row. The first day, I ordered a drink and was rung up. Unfortunately, they did not have what I wanted... and did not realize until after I paid. However, they were super accommodating when changing my order. The next day, when I wentin I verified that they had received a shipment so I could get what I originally had wanted the day prior. As they had, Ihappily placed my order. One of the team members, who had been working the day prior, recognized me and excitedly informed thatthey had the ingredients for my drink. the new protein box Grilled chicken, chile lime slaw and ginger cream cheese in a chile tortilla. Apple & cucumber slices on the... side is just absolutely Yummy in my Tummy, I love it and I hope that it will be kept as a permanent food item. Also I love themocha frappuccinos.
