We ordered 4 pizzas for a family birthday get together and while eating them my sister found a piece of glass in one of the... pizzas and almost swallowed it. I called and spoke with the manager and he offered to either have a stop eating the pizzas andwait an indefinite time for 1 to be delivered or to give me 15% off our next order. Neither was acceptable so then he offered20% off the next order. We've been ordering from this location for over 15 years but they have now lost all of our business forthe future due to this terrible customer service. Read more
Mismanaged and unorganized. I understand that the slices of pizza are on sale every day from 11 AM to 8 PM. so therefore there... is no reason why I should walk in at 12 PM and be told I had to wait over 15 minutes for a slice of pizza. The whole point ofthe slice of pizza is so I can take it and leave. Instead I had to sit out in my car in the heat and wait. When I spoke to themanager he had nothing to say no apologies were given and he just walked away. The people who work at the counter completelylack common sense, if your down to your last slice of pizza tell the cook to cook don?t wait until somebody comes in to get aslice. Read more
The 10? Thin-crust Monster Pizza was delicious, though a little pricey. I even had some cold the next morning, and it was crispy... and very tasty. I loved the Chopped Salad, too. Nicely shredded lettuce with lots of added goodies! I ate leftovers for twodays! My friend enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. He said it was ?Good?. Read more
