Took my brother to Red Lobster for his birthday last night, we were enjoying Endless Shrimp so much that we forgot to even order... a dessert for him! The wait staff was more than excellent but the host greeting people and taking names, because there was a wait, did not know... what he was doing. When we got there he took our name and told us that they had a twenty minute wait. An hour later and we stillhadn't been seated I inquired about when we were going to be seated and was told we were next. I was totally flabbergasted whenhe chose to seat a party of two before us. This establishment was busy when we arrived at 5:30pm. Our waitress, Miranda, was outstanding and very attentive (she deserves a... raise!), and our food arrived quickly. Our party of six (ranging from 9yo to 89yo) was very happy with our experience. Read more
I was at one of three seated tables at 4:15 in the afternoon on Monday. Waiting for my meal, I went over ten minutes without a... refill on my water. I only got refreshed after looking my waitress in the eye and sucking on the straw of the empty glass.SSCCCHLLLLUCK. "Do you need a refill?" The food was okay. The value (price) for the food was terrible. I made the choice to pay$27.99 for six fried shrimp, one head of broccoli, and some french fries. That is on me. Won't repeat that mistake again. Iwatched the manager walk around the empty restaurant and carefully avoid interacting with any of the three seated tables. Hetalked to staff, he poked around behind the bar, and he stayed as far away from where I and the other tables were seated aspossible. No cheddar biscuit redeems how poorly this establishment acts. Came here after leaving casa margarita who didn't take our order after 20-25 min. They took us in right away with warm smiles... and nice welcomes! The food was delicious i had the salmon new Orleans pretty darn tasty! Smoothies are delicious too I'm justhappy get food in my stomach Read more
There are a couple of meals that my wife and I totally enjoy. The waitress, we had, was very attractive and helpful. We made... sure to put her 20% in her hands. The facility itself needs freshening. I'm guessing that is why they keep the lighting so low.It can't be solely to create a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy! Read more
Our server Nikki was amazing, super friendly. The only issue we had was the fact we got there and literally every table was open... and they still had us wait 30 minutes to be seated. Food was really good, wait staff was amazing. The host at the door was a manand could have more manners and explain why we had to wait. He seemed like he was being put out. He was the main reason theydidn't get 5 stars. I posted pictures to show how empty it was and we still waited over 30 minutes to be seated. Read more
Birthday Celebration Gone wrong! We stopped here after an exhausting flight to do a late birthday celebration. our reservation... was at 830, This location closes at 10. This is the worst dining experience I’ve had EVER. My two year old daughter got herbooster seat 15 minutes after her food arrived. (Had to ask ASHLEY 3 times). Red lobsters brand has definitely gone down overthe years but I didn’t know to this extent. Ashley only came with one water although we both ordered alcoholic beverages.Both of our beverages tasted like sweet and sour mix, with little to none alcohol in the drink. She came out with old and burntbiscuits and when I requested biscuits that were not burnt she said well I will have to check… we are closing soon. This isaround 8:45.. I thought they closed at 10. She took forever to take our order and sat near the kitchen on her phone. I thenordered an ultimate feast, they didn’t have crab legs. Okay I understand no problem, After she took our orders 15 minuteslater she comes out with no biscuits and let’s me know since they are closing soon they put up the salads and I will have tochoose something else as they do not feel like taking it back out. At that point I ask her to cancel my order and bring me thecheck. This made the “manager” Joe ( He is incompetent and in my opinion does not deserve a job). I ask him for his card andhe let me know he ran out, I then proceeded to ask him for corporates phone number… he then told me to GOOGLE IT. This wasabsolutely horrific. They didn’t even acknowledge my birthday which was the sole reason I decided to dine out. In my opinionthis was unacceptable.
