Ordered a celebration bundle and an extra side of marinara through the pizza hut app at 4:41 pm. I received a confirmation email... and a tracking email. Was supposed to be delivered at 5:15 pm. Waited until 5:35pm to call the store to locate the delivery. The lady on the phone was polite and respectful, but I was informed there was no such order. Never had a bad experience herebefore. I don't know if it was the app or their service, but this was a terrible experience. Thank God I chose to pay in cash. Read more

Needs better customer service and answering the phone. Could not correct order to be delivery as originally selected. Somehow... changed to pick-up and no way to contact restaurant to fix the issue. Also did not give any icing for cinnamon sticks after Ihad asked for confirmation that each sauce was in the box. Read more

The only reason I would order from here is because the location is close by. My biggest complaint about this is that there is no... seating so you are always stuck with only take out orders. However the app that they have is pretty cool to use and you don?teven have to make any phone calls to them. You can order everything via your phone app for Pizza Hut. The people who work hereare decently nice. The pizza is so so but I guess that is what Pizza Hut is becoming more and more like. The orders are alwaysaccurate and I have never had any issues with ordering. I?ve had chicken wings and breadsticks and of course many types ofpizzas from this location. The barbecue chicken is my go to and it always tastes fresh and delicious. The pizza always comes outfresh and always hot. Read more
