It is ok. The ice cream definitely is very good. The kids working there were nice but didn't do more than their obligation, they... seem quite tired! And the place could be a little cleaner. We went to this Oberweiss last Friday, we were the only ones in the store. No flavors were listed- when I asked the girl working... there if they had a certain flavor- she didn?t speak and only shook her head , ? no? I think she spoke once when she handed myhusband his shake which was spilling down the sides! She was so rude that it almost made it comical!!! Terrible customer service. The lady was so rude in the drive threw. She then had me park to wait for my fries. It took 15... minutes and my food was cold when she finally brought it out after I had to call to check what was going on. Read more

Not great. Ordered a caramel malt with extra malt. Didn't taste any malt powder at all. Also $9 for a shake is ridiculous.

Place has gone down hill. Order desk has been moved to the burger area.. no signage to inform you of this. You walk around until... someone tells you to go over by the burgers. Portion sizes do not equal the cost. The manager on duty while we were thereberated a young girl for not putting a name on the order. Very uncomfortable to watch. Used to be a great place for ice cream.If you want ice cream try a small local place and avoid oberweis. Read more

I ordered chocolate coconut almond ice cream and was told they did not have it. There was a mistake in the making and only made... the ice cream coconut. I said I?ll take it but to also add cookies n cream. At the register I asked again, to make sure I?mgetting what I asked for, and the girl at the register said yes. I drive away.
