There is only one manager in the morning who actually gets my orders right every single time. For the past 4 days when she... hasn?t been there, my oatmeal has not had its proper ingredients, and my sides are missing. Why bother having cream as aningredient in your oatmeal, and not put it in there? I?ve gotten to the point where I order 3-4 cream just to see if someonewill actually read the sticker and make my order right. Even when I ask for cream on the side, I don?t even receive that. Food was not fresh like I asked I asked for fresh fries with no salt and my fries was ready too fast for the fries to be made... fresh they also mixed the old fries at the bottom. My daughter use to work for McDonald's thats the oldest trick in the book. Read more
This is by far the worst McDonald's I ever been to. They consistently mess up my order EVERY single time. They have no idea what... a mobile order is and can't figure out how to do those at all. But even ordering at the speaker, a simple order like #5 with acoke, they mess that up too by mixing up orders or not understanding that means the meal.... half the time the food is coldalso. This is the closest one to my house but I'm going to go to Wendys down the street instead. They get my order right n freshmost the time. This McDonald's is ok I just dislike the fact they're categorized as fast food when I have never received my food in a fast... manner and they never follow directions. I have asked for fresh fries and nuggets and received cold food items. I have requestedno salt on fries and received salty fries. Read more
Extremely clean. But I still find it hard to believe that in all the years that McDonald's has had the kiosks, they still can't... manage to make them user friendly. I'm in IT as a profession, spent nearly 10 years in UX design and this is the worst that Ihave ever seen. Read more
Im really sick of going to this location. I asked for (3) Double Hamburgers Plain w/ nothing on them. The Drive thru person even... typed the order in correctly but I guess the people making the orders don't know how to read. Very frustrating but I'll never goback to this location. Only positive was the large coke was amazing. Read more

The workers at any McDonald's does not care anymore. The food went up in price and is also smaller than it used to be. Their... pay went up and service goes down. There is always one older woman in the mornings who is just like ugh why did I choose thisMcDonald's. They also think that when you ask for a frappe or any drink and add an espresso shot that you're paying for nothingbecause the shack gets mixed in with the drink and it's the same size as the regular drink so really what am I paying for Iasked for it to be in a bigger cup and they don't always comply. I don't like the dome lids they make a mess and caramel andwhip cream get all over your hands when you grab it. The only way to grab it is the top because the employee hands itregularly. Read more
