Thin crust pizza was so over baked that it was uneatable and hard as a rock. They took half an hour to prepare it. That dough is... not made for pizza, it's for biscuits. Their deep dish sausage pizza is really good when cooked or baked properly. I have to ask for it to be well done a lot of times.... I don't like having to come home and place my pizza in the oven and lately it's been this way. Overall when cooked right it canbe the best pizza you will ever eat especially in Chicago. Read more

The food was fifteen minutes later than promised. If I was dining in and ordered when I sat down, that's fine, but when I... pre-order in the age of covid, I would think they wouldn't need me to stand around for almost half the time they say it takes tocook the pizza (about 30 minutes start to finish). With it scheduled, they should be able to manage the workload better...thatis the only reason this location didn't get five stars. Read more
Service at other Lou Malnati's have been impeccable. But for this particular location, food preparation has deteriorated. For a... pizza place they should have added the small round plastic pizza saver in the middle of the pizza. This one small detail wasmissed, so I ended up with a thin crust pizza that looked like a soggy piece of cardboard with toppings. I had to scrape off thecheese that stuck on the box. First time going to this location, food was ready and on time, the food over all just wasn?t good as other locations Ive been....
