Usually receive great service here but I ordered 2 $20 sandwiches last night at 7:43pm and they were TRASH! In this ecenomy... nobody likes to waste money. This is the closest Jimmy Johns to me, but if it's going to be a WASTE OF MONEY then I'd rather goelsewhere or STOP doing business with JJs. I am very upset that my family didn't call this in when they saw the sandwiches withthe tuna hanging out of them and not even in the bread. They don't like to complain, but I believe in getting my money's worthand I'm very dissappointed that my monet was thrown in the TRASH last night. Do Better! Read more
First time placing an order online at this location. I ordered two sandwiches with the same instructions. After about 20 minutes... I walk in and wait since I don?t see my order on the pick up counter. After a few minutes the cashier asks me if I neededanything and I told him I was here for a pickup and he bags up my food that was just sitting behind the counter the wholetime. After dropping off my wife her sub and then going into work, my wife calls me and says they mixed up our subs. (They werelabeled just incorrectly). Please pay attention to detail. Read more
No greeting when you walk in, no eye contact when spoken to, server speaks in mumbles and had his earpods in both ears, no bag... offered to help carry order out the door as I struggled to carry everything including my umbrella since it was raining. On topof that, delivery driver literally parks his vehicle in front of a sign that says "No Parking; Fire Lane". I'm giving it 2/5instead of a 1/5 because the sandwich was still good, but I'm not going here anymore. Read more
Very friendly staff that greeted us when we walked in and wished us a good day as we left. Sandwich was the usual JJ sandwich. ... It was good, but I kinda think they might be skimping on the meat these days, but that?s not surprising. Read more
I normally don't have any issues with my order but I ordered a beach club and there was literally no turkey..just veggies. How... do you forget the meat? I went back to make sure my order was correct and it was. Super disappointing Read more
This location has literally gone completely down hill. You're no longer greeted when you walk in. Good luck ordering online... and have them actually read the ticket. Does this look like extra lettuce on a garg? Such a shame, it's my closest Johns but Ithink I'll take my business down the road. I've literally waited my last ten orders to see if they'd improve, didn't happen. Maybe a bad crop of workers. Either way, I'll be taking a pass on this location for the next few months. Read more
just bought a bag of chips from store #629. The bag had already been opened & taped shut on the inside and outside to resell?And... someone put another bag over it to conceal the tape?absolutely disgusting!! Called the store and the manager offered to replacemy chips with a bag of their (likely tampered with) chips. Nothing else. FUTURE GUESTS - DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOURFOOD TAMPERED WITH. I would give zero stars if I could. Attempted to email corporate and their email isn?t working. Tweeted atthem and they did nothing. You are lucky my toddler didn?t eat any of the chips. I went at 8.30 pm. The lights were turned off as soon as they show me they were completely unhappy because I took their sleeping... on the couch time. This teenager really need to learn manners and work ethics.(it wil really help them in future.)
