Placed an order for 2 sandwiches and this was the worst experience I have ever had with this location. The bread was hard as... bricks. There was no bacon on my sandwich and the other sandwich had bearly any chipotle chicken on it. Both sandwiches lookedthrown together as if a child made these. I love Jersey Mike's and this was honestly the worst one I have ever visited. The workers at Jersey Mike's are usually very... upbeat and friendly and greet you when you walk in the door. The guys at this one seemed completely disinterested in thecustomers and seemed like they weren't present. The shredded lettuce had red on the edges and they were very skimpy with thetoppings. When you spend $56 on three sandwiches and chips and drinks you should get quality...this definitely wasn't. I told the guy I wanted to add chips and drinks to the three sandwiches and then add one more drink and he looked at me like I wasspeaking another language. Lights were off on the open sign at 7:53 when it says open till 9, lights also turned low, employees more focused on cleaning... than looking to making a sandwich don?t get it? If your not open till 9 change your hours. Read more
Honestly, if I could give this location zero stars I would, this was the 2nd time I have visited the location and I won't be... going back. When my boyfriend and I walked in we told them we needed 3 sandwiches, we thought it was odd that we heard a babycrying in the back but we still ordered. I gave the guy behind the counter our first two orders, he started making thesandwiches but didn't acknowledge that we needed a 3rd until the two sandwiches were done. The guy behind the counter got anattitude because we told him once again we needed a 3rd sandwich. The sandwiches weren't even correct or labeled so we had toopen each and guess which one belonged to whom. The guy behind the counter did ask for assistance when more customers came inand he called out to a girl who was presumably in the back. She came in through the front door a few minutes later WITH ABABY!!! The child couldn't have been more than one, had a blanket wrapped around him and no shoes or socks and SHE CARRIED HIMBEHIND THE COUNTER PAST A HOT GRILL!!! Who knows how long the child was at the business, this is breaking so many health andsafety codes for the business but is also putting the child at risk. The other worker was just standing behind the register andasking people is that all or what else did we want, he did make one sandwich but was using a small plastic knife to put mayo ona sandwich for another customer and used his mouth to pull a glove on before he made the sandwich.
