Had lunch here and it was pretty good. We ate: Baked Goat Cheese App - baked goat cheese in tomato sauce, it was tasty and a... good option to share for 4+ people; Crab cakes - a lot of crab, tasted pretty good, could have used a dipping sauce; Fish &Chips - standout favorite, cooked perfectly and super delicious Defined worth a try if you have not been! We arrive 30min early and sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and took the time to recommend drinks even though she... was supper busy with orders. Once our table was ready the manager suggested we did the outdoor seating and I could not be morehappy there was a huge tree with a lot of birds singing it’s was so beautiful. This place is hands down the Best spot in town. The selections of wine had my mouth dancing. I tried the sweet blend, cabernet... and the cabernet/merlot blend. We had uncorked 2 bottles before we knew it! My favorites are the bacon wrapped shrimps,Brussels sprouts, crab cakes, southwestern eggrolls and the Buffalo shrimp salad (in explosion of favors in your mouth). My son sent me a promo video of this place when it first opened. I rode past a few time before checking it out with my husband.... The outside of the restaurant is unimpressive. I would have never chosen this place if my son hadn’t sent the video. Theinside is nice! The decor is contemporary with a summery refreshing vibe. There plenty of photo op opportunities. The inside ofthe restaurant is a bit dark. The only thing that was missing was maybe Jazz music. The food is delish. The proportions inrelation to the price was plentiful. My husband ordered the surf and turf. The steak was cooked medium well perfectly to taste.It was juicy. The mashed potatoes were seasoned well. The crab cake was good as well. The salad was fresh. I ordered the steaksliders. The were juicy and delicious. The sliders didn’t come with condiments or cheese but I didn’t need it. I have nocomplaints on the food. The wine was ok. The restaurant was out of my first and second choice. I ordered the strawberrymoscato. The wine lacked luster for the place to be marketed as a winery. The service was excellent. This is the perfect restaurant for a date night or if you're celebrating something. I am holding my one star just because the... waitress we had was awfully slow. She also did not remove any empty plates or glases from our table. We had to stress about howto fit all the plates and I had to put all of the empty plates together and hand them to her every single time and made itobvious that I am doing something that she should be doing; but it looks like she didn't care. We ordered several appetizers, entrées and dessert so I had to work more than she did to provide service to our table!!! I even asked my friends to tip meinstead of her but they did not, I guess my service wasn't that great either. This review would have been 5 star if it wasn'ther service, I am sorry. The cheese balls were super heavy, thekind of cream cheese they used was heavy , it is something I wouldn't order again. However the stuffed mushrooms are some of thebest I have ever tried, I highly recommend them if you are a mushroom lover. The bread that they brought as soon as we sat wasdelightful, it had a kind of soft pretzel taste. ???? For the main corse we all got Surf and Turf. I had shrimp and skirtstake with roasted potatoes and grilled veggies. The shrimp was perfectly marinated, it was a bit spicy but I just loved it.Skirt stake was on point; again, I will definitely recommend this dish. The roasted potatoes and grilled veggies were alsoseasoned and cooked well. The wine selection was good, had 2 glasses of wine and enjoyed them very much. We were there tocelebrate my friend's birthday so we had Macadamia Turtle Pie ( ice cream cake ) that was the biggest piece of cake I have everseen and very very delicious. 3 of us couldn't finish one piece of it . Jun 2022 we tried the chiki. Parmesan and the ragotti n Italian sausage . Both were very delicious. The carrot cake is... delicious and insanely huge! Our hostess was very attentive and friendly. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Bradley ( with a capital B) very pleasant, noticed we were... taking some pictures of the cool decor and asked if we would like to have our picture taken in from of the one wall. ( ofcourse we did ) we were then seated, followed by our waitress coming over to take our drink order, very pleasant lady, weordered our drinks, after the drinks arrived we received some bread and butter. Omg the butter was amazing!! Bradley- thegeneral manager came by to check on us and to make sure our water was topped off. The waitress came by to ask if we wanted toorder so we got an appetizer, stuff mushrooms were delicious, the waitress then came back and asked if we were ready to order dinner, if not that was fine she would come back, so we placed our order. Once our food was delivered we were both about 3-4bites into our meal and the waitress came back and asked if we wanted boxes, and did we want to order dessert, she brought usboxes, the dessert menu and the bill and said she would redo the bill if we wanted dessert, we now felt extremely rushed, notsure why. So we ordered dessert and she asked if we were going to eat it there or have it boxed up to go. Rushed again! Butwowzers the dessert was big enough to feed you for a week. Delicious!
