The food here is always great- but what is above and beyond is all the employees! They are spectacularly friendly and they do... everything they can to make sure every customer has a great experience. Which I experience it. It was Fast, friendly,consistent. Love the burger lettuce wrap and fries. They do a good job keeping my food gluten-free. A family favorite!
Pros: sanitation and cleanliness. The workers were changing out there gloves regularly and washing hands and equipment. Floors... and bathrooms were clean. I love the multi-coke machine you have in your franchises. I think it makes the drink orderingdelightful with normally plenty of options. Cons: nearly 50% of the drinks were out of stock. When ordering I was cut off andtold the price of what I ordered already but I stated I had a lot more to order than that (about $50 more!) instead left withonly ordering about $15 of food. Mmmm... the fries are so good. The burgers are all fresh, made to order. The fries are served piping hot and overflowing the cup... they're served in. The free peanuts while you wait are a big hit with the kids. Read more
My first time at this location wasn't great, Five guys are so well known and super expensive. So you can imagine my... disappointment after paying 25 dollars and not being satisfied. Luckily the manager Steven was very polite and corrected theissue. Read more
