This is the most useless dominos location on earth. Never has online ordering available and if it is available good luck the... employees just cancel the order after 15 mins after ordering. Have not been able to order from here for over a year without acancellation or it being unavailable flat out. Management franchise owner whatever this is owned by you are doing one horriblejob. LOOOOK HERE!!! DON?T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! If I could leave a review of zero stars, I absolutely would. 8:28 pm on... Saturday 01/22/22, I placed an order by calling the restaurant. They took my name, phone number, order and card payment. I askedfor a receipt and was told it?ll be given when the pizza arrives. My response to that was ?no ma?am, I need a receipt for thecharging of my card. May you text or email it?. I was advised to hold on while they checked, but the rep hung up. Ok cool,someone then called my phone to advise that they were no longer taking delivery order and that my payment will be returned in3-5 business days? what in the lord faquard? I advised that It was their responsibility to advise that before they took my orderand card details, the rep whose name I think was Caitlyn, I forgot because they made me that upset, advised that maybe it was acall center person who took the order? THE LIES, lol. So then I say no, and ask again about the payment that was taken, knowinghey couldn?t and wouldn?t do the job, they advised the same, 3-5 days. We have a party going over here with a bunch of children/9 I said, ?let me see if someone can pick it up and I?ll call back?, the person said ok. I found someone to pick up the orderand called back, however, I was advised that no orders were being taken or prepared. When I say this location is ABSOLUTELYUNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED, I MEAN IT. There is no amount of COVID that would make this acceptable (I say that because maybethey have high turnover rates). Long story short, I wish I would?ve read the reviews. You won?t get me again. I hate that this is our local Dominos store. We've had multiple issues here. Tonight, we tried to order delivery at 11:30 pm on... a Saturday, when the store closes at 1 am. The website says delivery is already unavailable. They seem incredibly understaffed,something I'm sure offering a higher wage to their workers would help, but I'm sure is never even considered. EDIT 11/2: Ihonestly don't get how this place stays in business. Placed an online order at 9:40 on a Tuesday. Order was cancelled online at10:15. Called in and was told the store was closed and have no "connection" to the app, which is they accepted the order. Theirwebsite literally says they are open to 11:30. What is going on here???? Not sure I could give this Domino?s a lower rating. After not trying Domino?s for years but succumbing to their... football/seasonal marketing, I ordered online at 3:14, hoping for it to arrive by 4 or so. First off, the store wasn?t even opentil 3pm because it was ?a holiday? (it was no holiday I know of- 9/12/21) on the OPENING SUNDAY of the NFL season, no less.Still, I ordered and almost a full hour later, they called to tell me they had no drivers. Not ?no drivers available,? but themanager hadn?t scheduled any for the day until 6pm, where he had 1 coming in (again, Sunday night football??). I asked why theywere even open, and she said she asked her manager the same thing. Why wait an hour to call if you knew this? What in the world,Domino?s??? Are you kidding? Ordered medium pizza. Went to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready yet. I went half hour after placing order. The store is... filthy and noisy. The agent takes my name and says it'll be 15 more minutes. I make payment and wait 15 minutes. I come backinside and the agent says it'll be another 15 minutes. I asked for manager and she did not care. Said they were busy and had anew system. No customer service at all. Wasted gas driving out and half hour of my time waiting.
