on September 7 at around 4:00 I ordered a regular veggie bowl as I do at any other Chipotle. There was a piece of chicken in the... fajitas (I don?t eat meat) and I kindly asked the food preparer to remove it. He ignored me and acted as if he didnt see it orhear me. On top of that the guacamole was chunky and had no flavor because it had no salt, lime, cilantro or red onion. Iliterally was eating chunky, flavorless partially mashed avocado. This is the worst experience we had with any Chipotle location. We placed an order and when we reached there to pick the order ,... the order was not ready. We were told to wait for 10 mins for order to complete. We got the order and came home. To oursurprise, there were no mention of names on the bowls and one of the bowl we requested as Vegetarian, is also given with Chickenin it. My dad who is vegetarian couldn?t eat due to this. I would never go to this place again. They are very careless. Read more
I am a huge Chipotle fan. But this location always messes up and the food is always bad. My husband just picked up my families... order and the beans were still hard. The guacamole is mostly just smashed up avocado and like one piece of tomato. Idk why theyjust can't get it together. My husband used to work at Chipotle when he was younger so I know what goes into the food and thislocation does not make the food properly. Went there with a friend. She had the steak bowl and I had the steak burrito. This was my first time there and I wasn't aware... she couldn't have the tortillas due to her gluten allergy. The food was fabulous I just really wish she could've enjoyed theburrito as well! Read more
I ordered half steak/half chicken (Extra protein) burrito bowl for pick up after my work out. The packaging was poor that the... bowl was covered with an aluminum foil instead of the regular lid but that was not a huge deal. When I got home and opened thebowl, there was literally NO PROTEIN in it, and instead of brown rice I got white one! I paid $13 for white rice, lettuce, andsome beans! I took it back to the store and their excuse was that they ran out of meat!!! They should have cancelled the orderor at least let me know when picked it up instead of going back and forth to the store to deal with this! Ate there on June 9th. The place was filthy in the prep area but they were friendly and assumed they had just had a rush. Got... home and bit into my burrito to discover this chunk of metal. It was near closing and I didn't want a replacement so I contactedcorporate. They were apologetic and seemed to know it was part of an avocado masher immediately. Apparently they have a knownissue with this happening and someday I may hear from the masher company. They offered me a refund, that took 6 weeks roughly.They also offered me 2 free burritos, I countered w 20. Figure that's about an hour of their lawyers time. They came back w 4and I asked to speak to their boss. Joe, a boss at corporate, was rude and didn't care. The company has since never followedthru on anything. Joe has blocked my number and for awhile I was blocked from Twitter. Clearly they don't deserve your business.Please don't eat at this Chipotle or any others. Read more
