Poor service, poor food, Long wait. Ordered Bottomless soup and salad with Caesar. Salad was delicious. Soup was inedible and I... didn't eat it. Well I hadn't been to Chili's in a while because the service has been so poor lately, but decided to give it another... chance...big mistake. Long story but overcharged on my food, they did not honor our Chili's rewards account, and managerJessica was simply atrocious. After arguing with our poor waitress who Jessica kept sending back to our table, we had finallyhad enough and demanded to speak to Jessica. We were told "she will be a while as she is on the phone with another customer"(probably someone else complaining we assumed). When she finally came over she was zero help, said they had changed Chili'srewards but had no documentation, and refused to assist. I eat at restaurants often, and have never had to deal with a managerlike that. Do yourself a favor and go to a different restaurant. Read more
ETA- 9-2-22 As opposed to my previous visit to Chilis ???? this time everything from the food to the service was relatively... better. So I am changing my rating to 4 stars based on my experience this time. I like the fact that it the place wasn?t toobusy on a Friday evening, so we were seated quickly. Our server was friendly, he recommended a few drinks, I?m glad we heardhim. At the end, if we get to see happy faces, meaning the service + the food worked. ????????????????? Not worth anothervisit! I usually rate restaurants based on the food, ambience, hospitality of the staff & for the most part- Cleanliness! Thatsaid, this particular eatery is definitly Not one of the cleanest. I noticed the serving plates weren?t Clean & seeminglyscratchy in parts, including the wooden tray the Skillet was resting upon. Big turn off! Coming to the food?I ordered forVegetarian Fajita & Shrimp Tacos together with Blueberry Margarita & Titos! Shrimp Tacos was a good choice, had soft & juicyshrimp! The portions were good, Vegetarian Fajita would be good for two people to share! But I had to switch to Flourtortillas for the Corn Tortillas tasted weirdly dry. Our waitress was sweet and attentive Unfortunately the kitchen took a good amount of time,despite there not being many people... there. They made one of the orders wrong and it took really long time for the new order to be made. The manager and waitresstook it upon themselves to not charge us which was nice. Read more
This location was very different from the last location I went too. I was greeted right when I walked in & seated immediately.... They have a special for 35$ for 2 margaritas, a appetizer, 2 entrees & a dessert! Clean & friendly staff, seemed pretty busy fora little after lunch time. S?mores cake wasn?t that good, I think the cookie one they have is way better!! I enjoyed this meal &I will be returning to this location with my friends!
