I've been to this location a couple of times and each time has taken way to long for a FAST food restaurant to give out people's... orders. I'm talking about a range from 15-45 min and you would think, taking that much time to make orders you would have beengiven your order correctly but unfortunately that's not the case, my order was always incorrct or missing items. I feel thatI've given this location many opportunities to prove me wrong but at least they are consistent with messing up orders and takingway to long to deliver the food to the customers. That was my experience with the drive thru, dine in, and mobile app. Now, withthe mobile app you would think that once you place your order, they would make the order in a timely manner but no. I would makean order using the app and once I arrive the order was not made or prepped from what it seems. I would highly recommend going toa different location then this one. Read more
I don?t frequent Burger very often but when I do this location has made my food the right way. Staff is friendly and location is... very clean! Overall I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite!!! Read more
I came here on May/23/2022 at 10:12a.m. at first the cashier's couldn't hear me attempt to place my order at the drive thru.... When I drove to the first window, I asked asked for a two for two Whopper sandwich. I gave the older latina woman $20.00 for thesandwiches. She told me to go to the first window for my change and she purposely rip me off and tried to give me a $1 worth ofchange and a ripped receipt hidding the amount I truly gave her (I gave her $20.00) She refuse to give me my correct change backand told me I didn't give her $20.00. If I could give 'no stars' for this Burger King it would be a perfect rating! Like what other reviews mentioned, the lack of... customer service accompanied with errors with the order, are typical expectations from this location. The drive thru assistantwas rude and impatient when I tried to order drinks that the establishment no longer provides (frozen drinks) AND then they wereout of my following substitution drink! Not my fault especially when the outside menu is not updated to reflect their currentoffering. Finally, when I ordered chicken nuggets for my child and didn't indicate I wanted a dip to go with it (because theydidn't ASK), at the pick-up window I requested a dip and they wanted me to pay .28cents for it SINCE I didn't include therequest in the original order. I know I came here for fast food, but I expect the food to be prepared and served properly. I ordered a Whopper and my burger... looks like it was made on the floor. Why is it so hard for people to do their job correctly. It's now three months later, and Iorder two cheese burgers. The patties are hard, cold and dry. They have no cheese especially knowing they're supposed to becheeseburgers. What the hell are you doing Burger King!!?? Why can't you care about your customers!!!! This is the job youchoose to do!!! Took a minute or two for drive through attendant to say anything, but there was a line. The reason for the 1 satr though is the... burger was between room temperature and cold. Not like warm, not even may have been warm 2 minutes ago, cold. Fries were hotthough. Unable to eat the burger. When I grabbed it to eat it I thought maybe just the bun was cold to the touch and bit into aburger that will haunt my dreams. I can't even think of how it would have been that temp. There are heating elements in theracks right? I do not recommend eating at a place that would serve that. Bacteria love that temp. Calling in the AM, but from acouple other reviews I may just be greeted with a friendly "We don't care, thanks". We will see. If so I am the type that won'tstop at that.
