I bought 2 pretzels bacon pubs one single one double. And they both came on regular a regular bun not pretzel and I called and... talked to the manager on duty who was very nice but was just a temp at that store, and she took my name down and everything. Igo back 2 weeks later to receive my correct food and they refuse to give it to me telling me that there was no note left sayingthere was a messed up order. Real disappointed being lied to. The guy who took our order was completely rude and unprofessional even for fast food standards. He was not helpful at all he... actually made the whole thing a lot harder than it had to be. And if you're training someone you should probably stay by themand help them since a lot of people only get 30 minutes for lunch. I wasted my whole lunch and couldn't even order what Iwanted.
