Went through the drive thru and was amazed how fast and friendly the staff was. They go above and beyond to make you feel... welcome while you wait if you ever have to wait. Go in a lot during the week for lunch. Never fails always hot fresh food andlove the biggie bag deals. Even when they are short staffed they serve fresh quality food and are always so darn fast! TheFrosty's are amazing and hit the spot Every. Single. Time. There machine is always working unlike some of the other restaurantsice cream machines. Cough* Cough* M arches. The last 6 visits to this location have been terribly poor. I?ve heard a manager belittling coworkers in front of me, waited for... 20 minutes for my god when there was no line and been told they just aren?t taking orders for no obvious reason. Read more
The lobby isn?t open whomever said they went inside is lying. I work next door and if I ever need a quick lunch I have to do... drive through. They blame Covid but other Wendy?s lobbies are open just not this one it sucks. Read more
Went into the dining lobby the other day to order a spicy chicken sandwich to go. They told me it would be a wait since they had... to cook more spicy chickens. They gave me the option to order a different chicken sandwich but hey, that spicy chicken was gonnabe fresh dropped. No way I'm passing that up. ???? Everyone was in a good mood. Crew looked to be communicating well, withorders and all that. Got polite quick service and the wait on the sandwich was very worth it. The sandwich was delish, made toorder, and hit the spot. ???????? Oh, and Mark seemed to be in a better mood. At least I think that was Mark back there. Ididn't ask for names. But he seemed alright. This location is near my office and it is consistent with food quality! The line gets very long sometimes and extends into the... Albertsons parking lot but the staff here typically do a very good job being efficient so you will not be there too long in mostcases. Read more
I love this Wendy's! The fries are always crispy and the sandwiches are delicious! There was only one time where they messed up... my order handled it poorly. Other than that, this is definitely the best Wendy's in town! Read more
Horrible! The bottom of the bun was CAKED with a quarter inch of flour, inedible! The fries were cold and limp, we were shorted... an item we paid for and were given 1 straw for 2 drinks. Tried calling, no answer, lobby was not open and did not have time tosit in the huge drive through line again. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid this location. Obviously do not care about their Customers! I felt really bad for the drive thru guy.. it was freezing out and they wouldn't let him wear a jacket????otherwise.. Food is... always hot and fresh and they are open when they say they will be. Thank you for adding French toast sticks . We used to go tojack in the box but they're hit and miss.. with being open... and accepting anything but . The apps.. I don't use apps..
